Design build full condo remodel. This was the fourth unit we had remodeled for this  client. Converted old stair system and unused space above the lower bath into a laundry facility and a loft with with two extra bunks and added storage. We also added the custom riverrock fireplace and custom railing and stair system .

I’ve always dreamed of having a clean, modernist home, and I’m happy to say that Alice and her team at Atelier Cohen led the way to making that dream a reality! I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine. I expressed my wishes of having a clean, natural interior aesthetic and they truly delivered – the natural light in my newly designed home is to die for.
