Timberline Contracting Inc. Is looking to hire a strong,

self-motivated Carpenters. We are a very family-oriented general contracting

company with rapid growth and are looking for like-minded people to join our

This is a full-time position with health insurance and

Job Expectations:

Our Carpenters bring their years of expertise to  follow blueprints, collaborate with Project managers, work with Clients, teach and coach apprentices, adhere to policies and procedures to create quality construction projects.


How to operate as a Timberline Carpenter:

  • Manage personal and company tools
  • Collaborate with team members to create safe and efficient processes for any given task.
  • Flag change orders
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety standards.
  • Project Prep. Assist the PM with setting up for any task or project.
  • Materials: Gather scope clarity at “Kick-off”, what tools or information you will need to accomplish tasks.
  • Communicate with all team members on scheduling as obstacles occur.
  • Use Builder Trend Software to check “To-do’s” each morning. Ensure “To-do’s are marked complete on a daily basis.
  • Fill Out BuilderTrend time clock with adequate Log information each day for any job you are on.
  • Coach Apprentices when necessary on proper procedures and methods for all carpentry tasks.
  • Manage Issues: When an issue or problem arises, please come up with 2 possible solutions to remedy the issue when calling for direction.
