We had the opportunity to work with Timberline Contracting this spring (March - July 2019). They were amazing! They were really good about communicating and collaborating, and spent valuable time making sure they understood our intent (not just our words). The project has been on-budget and on-schedule, and all change orders were discussed and communicated in advance. The on-site project manager was remarkably available and responsive , and really went the extra mile to ensure we were getting what we expected.
